Role & Responsibilities:

• The Telecom Delivery Manager will ensure satisfactory delivery of services to Customer. In this role the Delivery Manager will manage all relationships with external/internal clients, supply organizations and Programme organization to maximize delivery to quality within agreed time lines and budget.
• In an “End to End” role, the Delivery Manager will manage Deliveries for every aspect of the project from Initiation to Completion/Launch under a largely matrix organization structure – Rapid Impact Assessment, High level end to end solution including End to end Service Design, End to End Network design & End to End Systems design, Implemented Codes into Testing, Integration & User acceptance Testing, Operations Readiness Testing, Service Introduction readiness to LIVE,
• Negotiate SLAs, contracts, costs
• Manage Stake Holders & Supply Organisations – from concept to launch
• Regular follow up on deliveries & performances
• Organize service review meetings
• Manage incidents when appropriate

• Exposure to Siebel’s Rule based Engines (Workflow, Assignment Manager, etc)
